Our Trade Process

Step 1 – Inquiry

Customer contacts Fokus Inc. via telephone, email, platform, or social media (Facebook, Instagram).
 

Step 2 – Needs Discussion

Our sales team discusses your store plan or material requirements in detail.
 

Step 3 – Training or Sampling

New shop owners are recommended to join our official training course.
Existing stores may request product samples based on current recipes.
 

Step 4 – Proforma Invoice

We prepare a detailed quotation based on your menu and inventory list.
 

Step 5 – Order Confirmation

Once items, quantities, prices, and shipping specs are confirmed, the customer pays a deposit to start production.
 

Step 6 – Shipping Arrangement

Seven days before shipping, we provide ETD/ETA info. The customer completes the final payment.
 

Step 7 – Export Documentation

We handle all necessary documents for customs clearance.
 

Step 8 – Arrival & Coordination

We coordinate with your customs broker to ensure smooth delivery and clearance.
 

Step 9 – After-Sales Check-In

We confirm product condition and satisfaction after delivery.
