How JP & Veronica Built Over 40 Bubble Tea Kiosks from Scratch

Start a Bubble Tea Business

Three years ago, JP Bosque and his girlfriend Veronica came to Taiwan with a dream — to learn how to make authentic bubble tea and bring it back home. They joined Fokus Inc’s training course to master the art of creating perfect bubble tea drinks and to learn marketing strategies tailored for new entrepreneurs.

After opening their first kiosk using our marketing plan, business took off quickly. Because their target audience was students, they kept the price at only USD 1 (around PHP 50), making bubble tea affordable and accessible. JP wanted every student to feel happiness with every sip.

Start to Franchise

Within just one month, their kiosk became so popular that there were always lines of customers. This demand encouraged them to start offering franchises at a very reasonable franchise fee.

In less than a year, they expanded to over 20 kiosks and started supplying high-quality bubble tea ingredients to their franchisees, ensuring consistent taste and quality.

Our Visit

We visited JP and Veronica to see how their business was growing, exchange insights on building a strong bubble tea brand, and look for areas that could be improved. Starting Side Businesses

With their bubble tea success generating steady profits, JP and Veronica launched several side businesses:
