1. Do your products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Most of our products do not have an MOQ, except for certain syrups (A+ 2.5kg), specialty powders, and custom-shaped jellies (e.g., heart/star shapes). Please note that small quantity purchases may incur additional transportation costs.

 

2. Where does your company ship to?

A: We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, our partnered forwarding agents and brokers can assist in delivering everything you need to start your dream shop.

 

3. Do you accept credit card payments?

A: Yes, we do. Please note that a 3.5% service fee will be charged for each credit card transaction.

 

4. What is the estimated budget I should prepare to open a bubble tea shop?

A: It depends on the size and style of your shop:

  • A simple kiosk or stand: USD $10,000–$30,000
  • A fully decorated dine-in shop with meals: USD $100,000 or more

For initial materials, we usually recommend a 3-month inventory (ingredients, packaging, and equipment), which typically costs around USD $15,000.

 

5. How long does it take to receive the products?

A: Our products are freshly produced per order.

  • Production time: 30–45 days
  • Delivery & customs clearance: Depends on countries.

Total 45–90 days to receive the goods on your hand.

 

6. Do you offer samples?

A: Yes, sampling is essential to verify taste and quality.

  • You may choose up to 20 items per batch
  • Delivery time: within 1 week
  • Sample delivery fee: USD $100–$300 (credited back in your first order)
 

7. Do you provide training?

A: Yes, we offer both online and onsite training (maximum group: 4 people). After completing the course, you will be fully equipped to prepare bubble tea and develop your own menu.

 

8. Do you offer customized services?

A: Absolutely. In addition to standard packaging, we provide ODM services for DIY kits. If you're looking to develop a unique flavor, we can assist through our partner factory—MOQ for custom production may apply.

 

9. Can I become your distributor in my region?

10. How can I get a quote and place an order?

A: Simply contact us to receive our latest Product List. We recommend sampling first to confirm product quality.

To place an order:

  • Send us a list of items and box quantities
  • We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation
  • Production will begin upon payment
